Accept consigned work, hold your own stock, and connect with the artists you represent.

If yours is not here, ask us — we would rather answer it before you sign up than after.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. A free account needs an email address and a password, nothing else. You are only asked for payment details if you choose to upgrade.
What does ArtFlow Pro cost?
There is one paid plan for artists and one for galleries, each billed monthly or yearly. Create a free account to see the current amounts, or ask us and we will tell you.
What do I get on the free plan?
Every free account can catalogue work, photograph it, publish artwork pages and connect with a gallery. Your plan screen shows the exact allowances once you are signed in.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Once you have a free artist or gallery account, you can start one trial of Pro from your plan screen, without entering payment details. When it ends you go back to the free plan rather than being charged.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. You choose monthly or yearly when you upgrade.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes. Billing runs through Stripe, and you can cancel whenever you like from your plan screen, which also keeps your receipts. Pro carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. To move between monthly and yearly, cancel and choose the other when that period ends.
Do I lose my work if I stop paying?
No. Your records stay and the free plan's limits come back. Nothing you catalogued is deleted or hidden from you — you keep what you have and can still reach all of it.
Does ArtFlow take a share of what I sell?
No. The subscription is what ArtFlow charges. Where a gallery holds your work on consignment, the commission is whatever you and that gallery agreed — ArtFlow records the figure you enter; it does not set it or take a share.
